Tele-Health services are provided via a secure network.
I am not an in-network provider and insurance is not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have insurance and your policy includes out-of-network coverage, you may be reimbursed a portion of my fee after your deductible has been met. A receipt can be provided to you for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, FSA & HSA cards, Cash, Check, & Zelle
I understand that emergencies happen. However, once you and I have agreed on an appointment time, the time is set aside for you and only you. Therefore, I ask that, when at all possible, you give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation to avoid being charged for a late cancellation or missed appointment. All clients must keep a credit card on file in the client portal for cancellations and missed appointments. If you would like, this can also be used for regular payments. The card information is stored securely in the portal, with only the last 4 digits available for viewing.
