Professional Services Rate Schedule

Please note, Tracy Fox Galluppi, MSW, LCSW is not an in-network provider and insurance is not accepted.  Payment is due at the time of service.  If you have insurance and your policy includes out-of-network coverage, you may be reimbursed a portion of my fee after your deductible has been met. A receipt can be provided to you for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Please check with your carrier to determine:

• (a) If you are covered for out of network mental health services by a licensed clinical social worker.
• (b) The amount of your deductible and how much you've met to date.
• (c) The percentage of my fee that will be paid after your deductible is met.
